You agree to use our website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may harm our systems or reputation. All content is for informational purposes and may be subject to change.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

All prices are in GBP and exclude delivery charges unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market changes. Prices are confirmed at the time of order.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are securely processed. Invoices are available upon request.

All artwork must be approved by the customer before production. We provide a digital proof; final approval is your responsibility. Once approved, changes may incur additional costs.

We use CMYK printing; colours may vary from screen to printed material due to monitor calibration and substrate. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching.

Production times are estimated and commence after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Standard lead times are 7–10 business days, but may vary based on order complexity.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We use reputable couriers; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, courier issues, or material shortages. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After production has started, cancellation fees may apply. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.

All content, designs, and trademarks on this website are owned by Custom Packaging Wholesale. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including artwork, shipping details, and payment. You warrant that you have the rights to any artwork submitted.

We strive for the highest quality. If you receive a product that does not meet specification, please notify us within 7 days. We will review and offer a resolution.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
